About Aerotrainingx

The story of how Aerotrainingx come to be is a long one. It wasn’t necessarily a need to be the boss or run an empire, but there was a need to deliver great training. We had seen training quality fall over the course of our time, from all providers, and not only quality, but accessibility. We asked ourselves the question “How do the small organisations, without the critical mass for an internal training department, get great training.

And so Aerotrainingx was born.

Aerotrainingx was established with a simple belief: great aircraft maintenance training should be accessible, relevant and deliver genuine value to the people and organisations that rely on it.

That belief is captured in our motto, Making Great Training Accessible for All, and it continues to shape the way we operate, the way we develop training.

The aviation maintenance training environment is changing. The industry faces continuing demand for skilled people, evolving aircraft technologies, new methods of learning and an increasingly international workforce. Training organisations must evolve with it.

For Aerotrainingx, this presents an opportunity.

Our independence allows us to be agile, responsive and focused on the needs of the wider industry. We can listen to our customers, identify where training is needed and develop practical solutions without losing sight of the standards expected of a Part 147 Maintenance Training Organisation. We deliver to anyone, anywhere, but that also means there are no allegiances either, we recognise we cant deliver everything, so we are happy to recommend other providers, services, Training Organisations, and Learning Management Systems that suit your operation.

While our purpose is to Make Great Training Accessible for All, we support that through our guiding values, Quality, Accessibility, and Value.

We don’t teach you the exam, we teach you how to maintain the aircraft!
