Having worked as a supervisor in a defence environment, my consulting style focuses on establishing rapport and trust, undertaking effective team building and analysis and working collaboratively to agreed achievable goals. I enjoy teamwork and I am committed in maximising productivity and wellbeing.

As the holder of CASA B1.3 licence, I have years of applied experience on various turbine engine aircraft with many organisations including airlines, private/unscheduled operations, and defence support organisations. My experience includes quality and technical records management and spectrographic oil analysis.

As a qualified trainer and assessor my enthusiasm for facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and best practice training results in learning escalation and improved participant involvement. My background in quality and documentation ensures all courses delivered or developed maintain full compliance with regulatory requirements.
