CASA Licence Revalidation Training

Per the CASA Part 66 MOS, 66.A.23 Requalification Requirements.  For an engineer who has not been able to achieve the 6 in 24 requirements,

This training is designed to satisfy 66.A.23 (b) 2. Where the engineer can undergo training and receive a report from an MTO authorised for type training, to “revalidate” their licence and bypass the 100 days retraining.

What you need to know,

The course provides a theoretical revision of the legislative, aircraft maintenance and compliance requirements, including the role of ICAO, CASA, compliance with the Part 66, and 145 MOSs, and Certification of maintenance. The practical training requirement is satisfied by the completion of a limited amount of SOE, signed off by a suitably authorised engineer and the Part 145 Quality Manager

‍Course Length »

  • 4 hours for the theory.

  • Practical training as required.

This course is delivered online, the learner is required to be able to access a computer, with a camera, microphone etc. Ideally the learner also has access to a Part 145 Maintenance Organisation to complete the practical, however if this is not the case, one may be arranged with our partners.

Pre Requisites »

This course is designed for either B1 or B2 Engineers, who through their role, have not be able to exercise the privileges of their license for a period of 6 months, within the preceding two years..

Course Completion »

On successful completion of the course, a report is sent to the Part 145 Quality Manager and the learner, stating the outcomes of the training.
