Who we are

I'm Stuart Membrey a passionate learning professional and the founder of Aerotrainingx.

I have over 25 years of aviation maintenance and training experience, and its my strong belief, that the deploying the right training strategy, not only ensures your workforce is appropriately trained to do their job, but increases performance and safety.

I developed and delivered aircraft maintenance training, I have also managed a TAFE campus, delivered national recognised training, and have held the role of a CASA Part 147 Responsible and Accountable Manager.

Once upon a time, the most advanced device in training was chalk and a blackboard. I'm a bit of a learning nerd, I'm always looking for new and innovative ways to develop and deliver learning more effectively.

Aerotrainingx was developed out of seeing various needs across the aircraft engineering training space. whether that is trainer development, or supporting smaller organisations with their training needs, we are here to help.

We can also develop and deliver courses specifically for you, including learning pathways for induction training.

  • Are you struggling with Trainer Professional Development? We can provide independent un-biased assessment of your trainers. Then deliver targeted programs to help them develop.

    We can also deliver train the trainer programs. This is a targeted program designed specifically for aviation. Taking the best parts the of the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, without the content that is not required by CASA for maintenance trainers.
